With you, I learned to play

I learned the joys of coloring outside the lines

With you, I could soften

And leave my worries behind

With you, my boundaries were abandoned

An escape from my self-imposed rigidity

As I took my first breath and inhaled

The freeing wind of your love and integrity

So come now and play with me,

Together we can laugh and embrace
